The fingers have just the right amount of flexibility so I can still wave and high-five without the gloves feeling floppy. Wore them for a full half-time show and they held up perfectly, no slipping or bunching around the wrist.

The palm padding is sturdier than I expected, so my hands didn't tire out during the entire halftime routine. They slip on easily over my costume sleeves and stay put through all the high-fives and fist bumps.
